"Little local eatery serving someone's grandmother's best homecooked meals. Very good food and the staff was friendly, spoke a little English as well. We stopped there for lunch and were not disappointed. Recommend this for a meal with friends. Prices were on the cheaper side. The decorations were unique, adding to the homey vibe that drew us there. Outdoor seating is available with heating lamps. Highly recommend the tiramisu and the coffee!"

"I’m not sure a review will do this place enough credit. Part of me doesn’t want to review it in case the secret is revealed, but on the other hand it’s important people know how good this place is. So good in fact, that we came here twice for lunch in two successive days, and it was mostly down to one of their dishes which I will have dreams about, the parmigiana. There is a wide variety of options at the restaurant all celebrating the roots of Milanese cooking and culture, with nonna’s twist. It’s home feeling cooking at its best and there wasn’t a dish I didn’t enjoy during our two visits. If you’re visiting Milan, you need to eat here for either lunch or dinner."

"Easily my favorite meal of our time in Milan. Everything was so good it brought a smile to my face. The meatballs can’t be missed, and we also shared a breaded zucchini dish, a spaghetti, and zito with ragú. They also have the best bread and even offered us refills (though we abstained to save room for dessert). This is definitely the type of place where you should ask the staff for recommendations and wine pairings. Everyone was so friendly and we were easily able to communicate with some English and my partner’s basic-level Italian. They were also able to fit us in last minute on the same day. I’ll be dreaming about this meal!"
